Chiclayo On the Go! 2D/1N

DAY 01: ARRIVAL IN CHICLAYO – ARCHAEOLOGICAL TOUR: HUACA RAJADA & ROYAL TOMBS OF SIPÁN MUSEUM

Reception and transfer to the selected hotel.

10:50 AM: Departure heading southeast to Sipán-Huaca Rajada—the site where the tomb of the Lord of Sipán was discovered—to visit the archaeological excavation area.

1:30 PM: We continue north to the province of Lambayeque for lunch (*lunch not included).

2:50 PM: Visit to the Royal Tombs of Sipán Museum (closed Mondays), an impressive museum showcasing gold and silver jewelry from the tomb of the Lord of Sipán. We also visit the Brüning Museum (Lambayeque), which houses art collections and jewelry from the Lambayeque culture and other cultures that flourished in the region.

6:00 PM: Arrival in Chiclayo and end of the tour.

Overnight stay in Chiclayo.

*Note: No cultural tours, museums, or archaeological sites are open in Chiclayo on Mondays.

DAY 02: DEPARTURE FROM CHICLAYO

Breakfast. At the appropriate time, transfer to the bus station or airport for your return journey or to continue your travels.
