At the scheduled time, after check-in and passport procedures at the Fethiye departure port, departure to Rhodes by fast ferry (catamaran) at 08:25 in the morning. After arriving at Rhodes Port at 09:55, transfer to our hotel by the private vehicle waiting for us.

After settling into the hotel, free time. In the remainder of the day, our guests may take a walk in the Rhodes Old Town, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List, see the Street of the Knights, and spend time around Mandraki Harbor.

Guests who want to enjoy the sea can choose the beaches close to the city center or go to the Kallithea area to enjoy both swimming and a pleasant beach day.

After checking out of the rooms, free time until the ferry departure. Our guests can spend their last hours by taking a short walk in the old town, spending time around the coast, or shopping.

Transfer to the port at the scheduled time. After passport and exit procedures, we depart for Fethiye port with the fast ferry (catamaran) at 16:30. Arrival at Fethiye port at 18:00 and end of our package.

Ferry Ticket (Round Trip from Fethiye): Round-trip transportation tickets by fast ferry (catamaran) from Fethiye port to Rhodes and from Rhodes back to Fethiye are included in the package. Departure from Fethiye takes place at 08:25 in the morning, and arrival at Rhodes Port is scheduled for 09:55. For the return, departure from Rhodes is at 16:30 with arrival in Fethiye at 18:00. The ferry journey from Fethiye to Rhodes takes approximately 1 hour 30 minutes.
3 Nights Bed and Breakfast Accommodation: Accommodation for 3 nights with bed and breakfast in the selected hotel category (3-star or 4-star) is included in the package. Breakfasts may be served in continental style according to the standards of the visited country. Check-in times at hotels are between 15:00–17:00, and check-out times are between 10:00–12:00. Hotels such as Esmeralda Hotel, Kassandra Hotel, and International Hotel are offered as options in the three-star category; Aquarium Hotel, Amphitryon Hotel, and Arte Hotel are available in the four-star category.
Round-Trip Transfers: Private vehicle transfers from Rhodes Port to the hotel and from the hotel to Rhodes Port are included in the package. When guests arrive at Rhodes Port, a private vehicle will be waiting to take them comfortably to their hotel.
Port Taxes: Port taxes charged at Fethiye and Rhodes ports are included in the package price. Guests do not need to make any additional payment for this.
Mandatory Travel Insurance: Mandatory travel insurance (professional liability insurance) is included in the package for all guests. This insurance provides basic coverage during the trip.

Package prices are calculated per person in a double room. Separate pricing applies for those using a single room, and special price options are available for children aged 2–11 and babies aged 0–2. If more than one hotel option is offered at the same destination, the hotel to be stayed in will be notified to you 48 hours before the trip's departure date. Due to high occupancy, changes in hotels may occur; however, the hotel category will not change.

Exclus

The following services and expenses are not included in the package price and these costs are entirely the responsibility of the guests:

Personal Expenses and Hotel Extras: All costs for minibar use, room service, extra tours or activities, and additional services offered by the hotel during your stay are considered personal expenses and must be paid by the guest. The program is arranged as a free-exploration tour and does not include extra tours.
International Departure Fee: The international departure fee collected from all Turkish citizens traveling abroad is not included in the package. This fee can be paid in advance via dijital.gib.gov.tr or online banking applications.
Lunch and Dinner: Only breakfast is included in the package; lunch and dinner are excluded. Guests can cover their lunch and dinner at restaurants and eateries in Rhodes according to their own budgets.
City / Climate Crisis Taxes: Local taxes such as city tax or climate crisis tax, which may be requested by hotels from staying guests, are not reflected in the package price. Payment of these taxes is the responsibility of the guests.
Visa on Arrival / Schengen Visa Fee: To enter Rhodes, Turkish citizens need a Visa on Arrival or a valid Schengen visa. This visa fee is not included in the package. The visa on arrival fee is 90 EUR per person. Applications for the visa on arrival can be made through the following company:

The ferry times stated in the program have been obtained from the relevant ferry companies and may vary due to weather conditions, port operations, and operational reasons. In such cases, the program flow may be adjusted.
The name, surname, and date of birth information provided during reservation must be complete and accurate as they appear in the passport. Name confirmation will not be made later.
Hotel vouchers and ferry tickets/reservation documents will be sent to you shortly before the package departure date.
All guests are required to have their round-trip ferry reservation documents and hotel accommodation papers with them.
It is recommended that guests enable international use for their mobile phones.

Accommodation and Room Arrangements

Triple rooms are provided based on hotel availability, and the third bed may be smaller than a standard bed. Usually, it consists of 1 double bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are portable and foldable. Acceptance of this arrangement is considered as accepted by the guest.
Child discounts are only valid for one child staying in the same room with two adults and meeting the age criteria.
Breakfasts served at hotels may be in continental style according to the standards of the destination country.
Hotel check-in and check-out times may vary depending on facility occupancy, and the readiness of rooms is at the hotel's discretion.
Some hotels may provide twin (TWIN) beds. Requests for room type changes during hotel accommodation are at the hotel's discretion.

Other Issues

Cancellation, refund, or change conditions may vary in promotional and early booking campaign packages.
The organizing company acts as an intermediary for ferry, hotel, and transfer services, and in case of program changes due to schedule changes, delays, cancellations, or operational problems caused by service providers, responsibility lies with the relevant service provider.
Ferry services may be delayed or canceled due to adverse weather, sea conditions, port congestion, and official authority decisions.

Visa and Passport Information

Turkish citizens require a Visa on Arrival or a valid Schengen visa. The visa on arrival / Schengen visa fee is not included in the package price.
For visa application, a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end of the trip and all necessary documents must be prepared completely.
Holders of a green passport should check the validity of their passports.
Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country. Entry is at the discretion of the border police.
The organizing company is not responsible for any problems that may arise due to worn, wet, or damaged passports.
Guests under 18 years old traveling alone or with only one parent require a notarized letter of consent.
